The quantitative method to determine the measure of the cliamte-range-equilibrium is implemented by the transfer of spatial models (potential range/ climatic niche) to the existent home ranges (existing range/realized niche). The maximal common ground between range and climate model may be calculated by Jaccard-Index. It can be used as indirect measure of climate-range-equilibrium.
